Customer also agrees to pay $.35/kg ($350/ton) for all weight in the bin. Customer agrees to pay $6.00/day for rental of the bin. Drop off and pick up days are free. Customer must call when they want the bin picked up. We will run your credit card on file for $500 when we drop off the bin. Once we pick up the bin and it is weighed, we will charge your card on file for the weight as well as the days you have had the bin (if your $500 deposit does not cover the total cost). If your bill is less than $500, the remaining balance will be refunded to the card. Any unpaid balance after 7 days will start to accrue 15% interest from the date of container pick up until paid in full. There will be a minimum of a $25 late fee. Dumpster Use: While construction bins are in your possession, you will NOT place or allow to be placed into the bin: Substances hazardous to health such toxic or corrosive materials or liquids. Liquids of any kind whether contained or not Medical waste or animal carcasses of any kind Any material not listed above however considered unsuitable for containment e.g. malodorous waste: asbestos, paint, gas bottle, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries, drywall Drywall must not be mixed with other garbage. If drywall is placed into a garbage bin, the entire bin will be billed at $1.00/kg plus a min of 2 hours of sort time billed at $135/hour All refuse shall remain within the confines of the dumpster and shall not exceed the top or sides. Every attempt shall be taken to equally disperse the weight of the refuse within the bin. Customer shall be liable for any loss or damage to rented equipment more than reasonable wear and tear. Cardboard, Electronics, Metal and wood are items that we recycle and that are banned from Hartland land fill. If mixed into the bin we must sort the entire bin by hand. If these materials are placed in the bin, your entire bin will be billed at $.45/kg ($450/ton). Consent(Required) I agree to the terms and conditions for rental of described services.
